2022 Hospice and Palliative Care Conference – Virtual Attendee

Please Join us either in person or remotely this year for the DQOLC Annual Hospice and Palliative Care Conference on September 22.

In years past this conference was combined with our Annual Excellence Awards Dinner; however due to ongoing constraints related to the pandemic this year we have separated the conference and the dinner.
The conference will be held remotely as outlined below and the dinner is being planned for a later date with details to follow.
