Sponsorship

Sponsorship funds defray costs for the dinner and other educational events offered throughout the year. Each year, we provide quality education to clinicians and community members on choices and responsibilities of those experiencing, and those caring for, patients dealing with life limiting illnesses.

Two of such programs that we will be hosting in 2022 are:

  • Facts and Myths about DMOST (DMOST101)
  • Advanced Care Planning (focusing on equipping Social Workers)

The primary goal of all programs was to raise the awareness of issues and choices related to palliative care throughout the First State. Your generous donation will allow us to continue in our pursuit to improve education and public policy related to end-of-life care. Since we have a 501(C)(3) designation, your contribution is tax-deductible as allowable by law.

In addition to our educational events, the Delaware Quality-of-Life Coalition hosts the Annual Excellence Awards Dinner event.  Each year the Delaware End-of-Life Coalition celebrates individuals who have made outstanding contributions to improving the care for people at the end-of-life, or those grieving those who have passed.  These awards are intended to honor exemplary people – those that take more initiative, work harder, are more caring and thoughtful, and give more of themselves for families and those in need.
